Tiptons Analytics Terms of Service

Welcome to Tiptons Analytics
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Tiptons Analytics Application. These terms govern your access to and use of our school management system.
By accessing or using our Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and the initial User Agreement entered into between Tiptons Analytics ("the Company") and yourself, the user (the "User") govern your use of the Tiptons Analytics Application. By using, visiting, and browsing the Tiptons Analytics application you agree to the terms and conditions.

GRANT OF ACCESS
The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for lawful purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content and materials on the Application are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The user may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without prior written consent from the Company.

PRIVACY POLICY
The User's use of the Application is subject to the Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Application. By using the Application, the User consents to the collection and use of information for the analysis and communication of academic results.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from the User's use of the Application.

INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the User's use of the Application or violation of this Agreement.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE APPLICATION
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

TERMINATION
The Company may, in its sole discretion, upon giving adequate notice to the User terminate the User's access to the Application for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The User can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to its Application. The Company will notify the User of any changes to the terms and conditions. Continued use of or access to the Application or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
